Question 1

What information do I need to submit a repair request?

Accepted Answer

Choose a property and unit, enter your name and email, describe the issue, and select a preferred access time: Any time, weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, or evenings. A phone number is optional.

Question 2

What should I include in the issue description?

Accepted Answer

Describe what is happening and where it is. If you can, include when it started and how it is affecting you. These details help make the request clearer.

Question 3

Can I attach a photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A photo is optional. The form accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, or WebP images up to 5 MB.

Question 4

What does the request confirmation mean?

Accepted Answer

It means your request was received into the Rookmend queue. The confirmation shows a reference and the property and unit you selected. It confirms receipt; it does not mean the repair is complete.

Question 5

What should I do if there is immediate danger?

Accepted Answer

For immediate danger, call emergency services first. Use the repair request form for non-emergency maintenance.
